So, I have a credit card from US Bank, and I log in to make a minimum payment and see that my credit card balance is paid in full and my savings account balance is in negative. Still, trusting US bank customer service will help in correcting this system error that I had no clue of, customer service representatives were rude sarcastic and too cocky.
