As usual its impossible to reach you people by phone ;like others I've tried product from you willn't answer the phone. When I spoke to your representative she claimed it was as simple as calling.As of today its 15days from the day my sample was sent&wouldn't you guess I can't even get the chat line you claim to have! I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL! I hope I don't have to go through my credit card to resolve this problem; I suspect you'll send me more product & charge me.
