Staff is discriminatory and uses their own personal biased to deny valid members access to the facilities. Had this occur on several occasions - new staff members behave as if the facility is their personal place of residence and use personal biased to deny members access regardless of whether a member has a valid membership. Staff is immature and incompetent. Facilities worn and equipment is dated (late 70's to early 80's). Pool area is rarely maintained, if ever, and is a breeding ground for fungus infections.
