I made a $3000+ purchase from sears.ca. To start with, the payment deferral plan was not applied. When I called to sort out this problem, I was told that part of my order was cancelled because the products are no longer available even though my confirmation email clearly states that they are in stock. Of course, no one called to inform me or emailed me to inform me that a portion of my order was cancelled.
