I have a Reliance Mobile No 9372412846 which was purchased from Reliance Web World located in Sacred Heart, Wanowri, Pune. At that time I had furnished all proofs of identity and residence as well as photograph. I proceeded abroad on 26th June 2010 and came back on 12th October 21010.
