I ordered a Canon Powershot s95 for $419 on Nov 1st, 2010. John guaranteed it by the 13th. On Nov 8th, I phoned to get an update on the shipping. They guaranteed it would be here by the 13th. On nov 15th, I phoned and asked where the camera was. They said they would ship it. For an extra charge, they would ship it faster. On Nov 16th I called for a tracking number.
