When this bank moved its systems to India it make a mess of the online records - it reported an incorrect balance. It was impossible to talk to anyone about this, they never apologised. Last week I downloaded some software they advised me was necessary to protect my passwords - it had not been tested and brought my PC to a halt, I had to un-install and reboot.
