I order the cd for a friend and then was charged 69.95. I immediately called and was told I would receive a refund; I was even given an order number. Then 10 days later when the refund wasn't issued, I called again and was hung up on...TWICE!!! Not only that but I have received numerous spam emails, telephone calls AND another company tried to take 29.95 out of my account (IWBClub).
