I placed a one-time order for $29.95. I ordered over the phone, and gave my debit card number. Proactiv mailed the order, and added that it is a package deal at a cost of $99 plus. I told them to take the balance and cancel my order. They added another $99 package instead, and now they said thay are going to take out the balance, then cancel my account. I told my bank to stop payment, but they said they cannot. they said the company would have to stop on their own. read full review »
