On 11/20/2010, I purchased 2 full-length DVD programs (via my VISA debit card) in the amount of $284.80. I did not receive an invoice number or an email verification. Upon calling the TVDVDSTORE, a male answered and became very rude and disrespectful, and also began cursing at me. "You stupid fucking trailer park trash. That's probably fucking money you didn't have anyway. You probably won't be able to pay your fucking double wide payment this month."
