The problem is management allowing a loyal manager with 25 years to leave the company. The problem is this manager would like to have her two days off in the middle of the week. Most Companies that are open 7 days a week would be glad to have management work weekends. But not Miss Diane, she wants to split her days and not allow her Thursday off. If I were Mr. Bowling there would be changes and Miss Diane and Mr Taylor would be leaving Arbys in search of a new job perhaps as a prison guard.
