Dear Sir, I had placed order for Whirl pool Automatic micro oven with home shop 18 on 8 of october and made the payment same day, now after a month they had delivered product on 11th of november when we opened the package we came to know that they have sent us the Mechanical micro oven instead of Automatic even the invoice they have sent us is lesser price than what i had paid i.e i had paid 4990/- and invoice is of 4498/- and not recieved the free gifts as shown in the channel while we placed the order.
