I worked for an Ashley Furniture store in Cincinnati, Ohio. This review is for anyone thinking of working at Ashley as a commissioned salesperson. Look over the terms- you are an employee at will. They can fire you for almost any reason. That being said, I was terminated because a customer wanted 50.00 off a certain dollar amount through a promotion that was going on.
