Etisalat is proving to be completely incompetent. We have spent over 1500 AED on their prepaid internet service via USB port. Please don't purchase this plan as it is a huge waste of money. It was 700 AED to purchase the USB modem, plus 400 AED to activate the service and 400 AED per month for 10 GB of usage. When it was time to renew the service, we spent another 400 AED and when we tried to use the internet, it showed that the balance was wiped out.
