Dropped off watch for battery replacement on Oct 11th. We were told it would be done in about 2 weeks. We called in week 3 when we didn't have it. Clerk said it shouldn't take that long and would get back to us. Clerk never called back. Called again in week 4. Manager said it shouldn't take that long and said he would check and call back. He never called. I called again the next day. Manager said that someone from their Store had never told the repair company to proceed with repair.
