I placed an order in July and was told items would be shipped in 6 weeks, charges were placed on my charge card and items were never recieved. A refund was requested but never done and correspondances with Craig via email, merchandise was promised to be shipped, refunds were requested but not put thru and still to date they have not refunded my charge card. I believe an investigation into this company is warranted and the better business bureau should be contacted along with filing of fraud charges with the states attorneys office.
