I ordered this product on 11/3/2010 and thought I had downloaded it to my computer. When I clicked on it shows that it was not purchased, and Norton has no record showing that I purchased it. But when I bought it and charged ti to my credit card it wenet through. I did not ask for it to come in the mail, I always download straight to my computer. Can you help me with this?
