I took my '05 Sienna to Toyota and spoke to the service advior, Dana Kent, who I explained my problem to. I told him my passenger side sliding door would not close properly and that I knew of a Technical Service Bulletin that described the procedure to fix the issue. I also advised Mr. Kent that I had an extended warranty and provided the information necessary to contact them. Mr. Kent said he would call me.
