This is the worst work from home company to work for. If you value your customer service skills, do not waste them with this company. They demand that you give customers the white glove treatment, but secretly they are rude and unknowledgeable about the profession they are in. Their trainers aren't professional and they often bore you with idle talk other than what is necessary. They are not professionally train to service clients.
