I have a 2006 XL1200L with 13, 500 miles. All services were done at the Harley dealer. Since the 1st service I had reported a little smoke on decel on long rides, nothing bad. After the extended warranty ran out it became worse. I took it in and the real cylinder was torn down. They found that the factory had not installed one oil ring scrapper.
