I experienced a very poor service at CIMB Cyberjaya branch. I was asked to go there to sign my ASB application. That was about 2 months after my application! She said she was on leave and attended training. However when I came there, they said the person in charge not in office. When I come there again, the other staff told me the application not signed by manager yet. He asked me to come another day.
