Wondering if someone could help me? I rang to enquire about a loan with Yes loans on the 6th November and got so confused I ended up paying out £69.50!!! It took awhile for me to register what had happened so I rang back and cancelled everything. I asked for a refund but they were unable to offer me one. I had to write a letter asking for this... I did that and nothing! I have sent out two recorded 1st class letters and also tried to ring them but got cut off during the transfer to the Customer care dept...!!! What can I do? I now get endless calls/texts from loan companies everyday :( read full review »
