I wish to launch a complaint against Singnet mio home services. I signed up for a bundle package from a helloshop from singtel at ang mio kio hub which inclusive of a mio home ADSL 10Mbps, Mio Tv ultimate package and a home phoneline on the 30th of Oct 2010.The activation date given was on 15 Nov 2010 timing from 12pm to 3pm. Few days before the activation of my services, I recieved a call from singtel to reconfirm my address so that the activation could be carry on smoothly.
