1. PayPal makes it almost impossible to use my credit card for purchases. 2. PayPal failed to close dispute case regarding the seller sold an illegal copy of MS Windows 7 DVD media on eBay. 3. PayPal did not respond to my emails when I requested about the case from PayPal's "Contact Us" page. I kept getting auto reply from PayPal.
