I made an order at rollies.com 13 months ago, have talked to the guy 3 times now(1 man operation he says). That is 3 times i've gotten through out of about 200 calls. Everytime I have gotten through he says sorry for the long wait but he dosn't carry any products and has to pick them up from 4 different warehouses, and only goes to one once a week. He said he'll be taking care of my order and it will be shipped in a week or two.
