I placed an order for 40 Fisher Price products, the amount of money $ 1019 money were sent from the UK on November 8 and I have a faxed confirmation from the bank Lloyds TSB which I can send to you, prices of products were to include Fisher-Price Shipping to the UK. A few days later I received an email from Mr Arnold Osbert. He told me that they have sent me more than I ordered, exactly 92 products, Mr. Arnold asks me for payment for the next 40 products and 12 would I get for free because it was their mistake.
