This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered personalized ribbon for a baby shower that I am throwing and paid extra (twice) to have it rushed through the preparation process and again to have it rush shipped. When I tried to tie a bow for the purpose that it was purchased, the brown wording smeared all over the light pink ribbon. Instead, I tried tying a not, thinking that would suffice.
