Paid for goods at their checkout nearly 4wks ago now-recieved a paid for reciept. Next day I recieved a email demanding-not asking for further shipping payment. I explained they reciept states I had paid in full, and if a mistake was made thats their issue. So they have held onto my goods. I have provided them with a further postal address but goods still have not arrived. I have called them and their "system" cannot tell them if my items have been posted- I mean WTF, this is crazy.
