I received a letter informing me that I had won $63, 000 in a drawing of the UK & North America Consumer Promtion Draw. Inclosed with the letter I received a check for $3, 771.00 which was to be used to pay the Non Residents Service Tax. I had to call Miss Mary Will at 1-647-835-6144 to get instructions. I did call Miss Will and she told me to deposit the check and call her again and she would have a certified check for $63, 000.00 delivered to me. Is this a scam?
