I have taken Airtel Broadband connection at Kolkata. While the Installation Engineer(Avijit) came for installation with normal modem I asked for Wireless modem instead of normal modem, he requested me to wait for a day and promised me to give that wireless next day. T called him next day and then again next day and it continued. I have been asked by the airtel marketing personnel Mr Subra Majumdar(TSM) and Bodhisatya to lodge complaint and take the request number. I did it more than 10 times.
