I want to Submit this complaints against my HP Dv2713tu Notebook. After 7 months the battery of laptop stops performing. When I go to hp servise center they refused to change it despite the laptop was under warrent period. I must say HR servise centre are the worst centre and they make fool of their customer. Their poor after sale services are thge only reason for rise of sale of other company like Dell. Moreover Dv series laptop generate lots of heat which is unbearavle sometime. Dv series is with manufacturing fault and HP should recall all the laptop under dv series. read full review »
