I, like many sent off for the Google Success Kit for $1 and was subsequently charged $29.95 without giving permission. I went on-line and found a lot more complaints about people being charged for services they did not request and found it difficult to find a way to contact the company. I successfully found two phone numbers and spoke to someone on each one. The 2nd number pulled up another account that was not authorized either and cancelled them both for me. The 1st is just for the google kit. I hope this helps alot of people. Unfortunately I could not get a refund but I did receive a cacellation e-mail and number. Good luck. read full review »
