I woke up today to find an unauthorized charge of $79.96 on my account, per their customer service rep I was told that I had 15 days from the date of order to cancel order, problem is that I did not receive the product until 17 days after the order was placed. I was told by the CSR and Manager that there was nothing to be done due to the 15 day agreement.
