I waited for hours the day after Thanksgiving for a Buy.com blackfriday special, Panasonic TC-P42U2. The sale price was $299 including shipping. I submitted my order. After about one day, my order was cancelled. Buy.com refused to provide a substitute at a similar price. This appears to be deceptive. I have been a royal Buy.com customer for years and been an online shopper even longer. I have never experienced anything like this. read full review »
