I was on the Seagate website looking for technical support and was transparently handed off to JustAnswer. When I found out it would cost $48 for an answer I closed the website, I never filled out any credit card information at all – ever! I never accessed their so-called "answer" ever! Nonetheless they found my credit card number and charge me 3 separate times for a total of $48.04. I wrote back demanding a refund and found that my account has 3 pre-holds for $1 each.
