If you happen to get any job offer from Dr. Balwant Singh's Hospital Guyana then must not accept the offer as they are never true to the clauses of the contract that they send you. You may always be subjected to such stressful working conditions that you may always want to run from them since the first day but again you will be at there mercy to get ticket for which you may have to pay a hefty amount.
