I received a letter from FPL today advising me that they are attaching a relative's old bill (approx.$1400) to my account (which has never been late) because they believe that I lived with that relative when she held an account with them. Ok, first of all, I did not live with her. Second of all, even if I did, why am I responsible for her electric bill? I never signed anything admitting responsibility for anybody else's utility bills.
