I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 10 years. I purchased a brand new Voyager phone from Verizon that has been nothing but a problem. I have worked with tech support for hours and the issues remain unresolved. Verizon's answer is for me to upgrade to a new phone which means extending my contract or purchasing a used phone from them. But why should it cost me more money to replace their defective phone?
