i will never buy any samsung product again !!! i bought notebook from argos in march this year . 4 weeks ago the the top half of the screen had vertical coloured lines across whilst the bottom half was normal . it was ok when logged off previously. i phoned aftercare and was told a courier would collect it . i wasnt to take it back to argos. the notebook was collected . i didnt hear anything for 2 wks then i rang them to be told they had sent me a letter .
