Incident Today in the morning a got a rental car using free Day Certificate. First they try to charge me $43.00. I told the lady that you have a Free Day Certificate why you are going to charge me $43. She found out that she made a mistake. The total was $6.03. This evening I returned the car. The person in charge to check the car charge me again $43.00. I told him why. I suppose to pay $6.03. He told me because I returned the car not full of gas.
