I was promised a custom wig which I prepaid over $400 for. The wig that was handed to me was a cheap pixie style wig precut in old fashioned layers. The color was not the color I ordered. The owners have just ignored my complaints, saying it can't be returned because of State law! The owner is a liar who told Better Business Bureau that she "styled and cut the wig". Required that I pay $425.00 UPFRONT for custom wig. Went to pick up wig and it was WRONG COLOR and NOT Monofilament and NOT styled on me. It was pre-cut in tiny old-fashioned layers. I won't wear it and they won't take it back despite saying B4 I gave them the money that they satisfy all their customers. I bought a $69.00 catalog wig which looks better than the "custom" wig.
