I have Sony Ericsson Vivaz (U5i) and faced some display Problem, hence I gave it to your Authorized Service Center (Phone Zone, Chennai) on 15th November, 2010. Still I didn’t get the phone back. Whenever I call the service Center (Phone Zone) they are saying that parts are not shipped and not giving the proper delivery date. Hence I called the Sony Ericsson Call Center at 39011111.
