My mother is using airtel service from a few years, n shes not a technology loving person. She can't even do a sms on her own. The airtel services by whatever ways started total 3 services on her mobile that are start of the day, celeb gossip, and 1 more. They cut daily 1 rs and 2days before i talked with customer care personnel regarding the service and told him to close that which he said will get closed soon. Today morning airtel cut 30 rs and on contacting the 198 no, the executives said that talk with supervisor on phone which never got connected and after trying for several times still i ve not found my solution. read full review »
