I contacted this company with a problem I was having with my Vauxhall Zafira car. I agreed to pay £21 on condition that I was satisfied with their answer to my problem. Since I was not satisfied I assumed that no payment would be taken.However, on looking at my latest bank statement I find that on October 15th £21 was withdrawn, without my authority, from my account. I intend going into the bank tomorrow, to try and ensure that no further withdrawals are made. read full review »
