I signed a contract with a martial arts facility for my son. My son has medical issues that do not allow him to continue the class. When I called the studio, much to my surprise I was told that they had nothing to do with the contractual obligations; that I would have to call ASF. The contract I signed did not state that ASF owns all rights to modify the contract. I only found this out when I wanted to discuss cancellation procedure. I did call ASF to discuss this issue.
