I first of all read all of the fine print concerning this product. After seeing no results after 30 days, I decided to cancel. I called this company and the customer service agents just gave me the run around. After reviewing the rules again, I explain to the rep that I was entitle to a refund for un-open product received. The rules were to call and get a return confirmation. Now the rules change again. Instead of receiving my full refund, I have to pay for shipping and handling.
