In 2007, I went to EB Games and supposedly signed up for a service that offered discounts on several difference services. I did not authorize these charges. Since contacting their so called customer service, I had to sign and return an affidavid stating what had happened. The way they had it worded, was so that their company would not be at fault. I picked the last option on the document that said I have not received a credit for the charges for which I am now requesting reimbursement.
