I am Mehmet GUZEL. I bought a MP4 player from Darty Turkey which located City Konya at 10.03.2010. I used it only one time. It did not work anymore. When i went to customer service then they said that "wait during 33 day". Although i called again and again but they want brush me off eachtime. Today is 11.30.2010. I have waited for 27 days and i am sure that i will wait more. Terrible services, terrible commerce for darty and kesa Electricals plc. I never advise shopping from darty.
