I am so upset that I found this web site after I signed up for my member ship 8 days ago. I found another massage place called Lavida Massage that offered the same services at better rates. Before signing up with Massage Envy I asked (at least 3 people) about their cancellation policy. I was advised each time that I could cancel without any penalty within the first 30 days. Guess again.
