I spoke to customer support three times tonight and I am so frustrated with them. I waited about twenty to thirty minutes on hold each time. Then I could hardly understand what they were saying because of their accents. I have my name on a personal account and also a business account. I tried to upgrade my phone on the personal phone and I gave the woman the correct # to change the phone on, she said she had completed it and when I hang up_ I program the phone, in the meantime-my old phone that wasn't supposed to work starts ringing.
